Rebuild Kit for Touch Monitor (late presses) PP7066

This kit contains a replacement screen and inverter board which will get most faulty screens back up and running.

Heidelberg screen codes that are fixed using this kit: CP.150.0344, CP.150.0438, CP.150.0444. CP.150.0336

If you have a different code not mentioned here, it could be an earlier screen (see PP7067).
